Salary: The job has to provide a minimum amount of pay. In general, occupations listed on the Critical Skills Occupation List call for a minimum wage of €32,000 per year. For all other positions not on the list, the minimum wage is €64,000 per year.

Qualifications: Each applicant needs to meet the qualification, skills, and experience requirements for the positions. This usually implies possession of at least a primary degree in a field related to the position.

Employer: The employing company must be incorporated and should have registered with Companies Registration Office and Revenue Commissioners in Ireland.
