Application Submission: The employer completes and signs this application and forwards it to Identity Malta with all relevant documents.

Processing: It takes approximately 2 to 3 months to review the application, however, it can vary due to the Malta jurisdiction.

Approval in Principle: As soon as the application has been approved in principle, the applicant is allowed to proceed to Malta for the permit.
