Employer's Sponsorship: Any Polish employer who wishes to have a foreign employee should sponsor this application.

Job Offer: Get a job offer from a Polish employer willing to engage in the application process of a work permit.

Prepare Documents: Collect all documents such as passport, employment contract, employer declaration form, and proof of qualifications.

Submit Application: Your employer has to apply for the work permit at the Voivodeship Office which is a local government body. The application has to contain all necessary documents and payments.

Application Review: After that, it takes several weeks up to several months and the Voivodeship Office considers the application.

Decision: Upon the approval of your documents, you will be issued with the Poland Work Permit Type A to legally work in the Poland.
