Non-Polish Employment: The applicant must be affiliated with an organization that is located in a country other than Poland.

Assignment Duration: The work assignment in Poland must be more than 30 calendar days within a year.

Job Position: The position must be consistent with the job description provided by the foreign employer and must also fulfill the requirements of the Polish labor laws.

Employer Sponsorship: The work permit application has to be sponsored by the foreign employer and production of necessary documents is required.

Employer’s Initiation: It is your employer in the country who is not Polish that must apply for the work permit on your behalf.

Prepare Documents: Submit relevant documents, such as your passport, the assignment letter, the employer’s declaration, and supporting documents to prove qualifications.

Submit Application: The application has to be submitted to the Voivodeship Office which is a local government office in Poland. This submission compromises all the essential documents and the rightful charges.

Review and Approval: The Voivodeship Office considers the application and it may take from several weeks to several months for it.

Obtain Work Permit: Upon approval, you will be issued with the Poland Work Permit Type C which legitimizes you to work in the country for the given period.
