Planning to move to Australia? Check your budget first. Victoria has revised its skilled nomination fees for the 2026–27 program year, and the new fee structure is effective October 13, 2026. Applicants planning to seek state nomination should understand the new charges before moving ahead.
Who Has to Pay the New Fees?
The revised fees apply to Registration of Interest (ROI) submissions and to nomination applications. They cover two skilled migration pathways: the Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) and the Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 491).
Applicants must pay the service fee that applies to their ROI or nomination application. The published amounts differ depending on whether Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included.
